Programs to Go at the Library

In September, New Carlisle Olive Township Public Library will start offering Programs to Go. A Program to Go means that we select a project and place all the items you will need to do that project in a bag.

Programs to Go will be for a variety of ages including children, teens, and adults. In September, we will have DIY Tote bags for adults which will include a canvas tote and iron-on vinyl.

You can take an online class through Beanstack app, then reserve time in our Creative Space to actually do the project. For kids, we will have a galaxy slime project with all you need to make your own sparkly swirly slime. For teens, we will have a project to build a light up electrical circuit into a birthday card for someone special.

Program to Go bags will be available for pick-up on the dates noted on the calendar of events and will be available while supplies last.

You can pick them up by coming into the Library or by using curbside pickup. Some of the programs will also use online resources we have like Creativebug and Beanstack. We are SO EXCITED that we can be offering some kind of programming, even though we cannot get groups together in-person.

To see everything we are offering, go to our website and click on the Event Calendar.
