Here are some ideas for both mom and kids for a bountiful breakfast!

Breakfast Pizza 1 lb bulk pork sausage, crumbled 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls 1 cup frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 cup half-and-half cream 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 T. Parmesan cheese

Topping: 1 ½ cups uncrushed corn flakes 1/4 cup butter, melted

In skillet cook sausage until browned. Drain, set aside. Separate dough into eight triangles. Arrange on ungreased 12-in pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust, sealing perforations completely. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese, set aside. Beat together eggs, milk, S&P in mixing bowl, pour over filling. Top with Parmesan. Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over pizza. Bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Easy Biscuit Doughnuts 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon Vegetable oil for frying 1 - 12-ounce tube buttermilk biscuit dough

In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon (set aside). Fill a wide, shallow pan with 1 inch oil- heat. Arrange biscuits on baking sheet. Use a 1 inch diameter round cookie cutter and cut out center of each biscuit (be sure to save the scraps to make bite-size doughnut holes).

Drop the doughnuts into the hot oil and cook for 1 - 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning doughnuts if necessary. Transfer the doughnuts immediately to a baking sheet lined with paper towels and sprinkle generously with cinnamon-sugar.
