Hometown Days has successful fundraiser
It was a full house at American Legion Post 297 on Saturday, April 28, as the community gathered for a trivia night in support of the upcoming Hometown Days festival this summer. The proceeds of the event will go toward the annual fireworks display on the opening night of the festival.
Showing off their knowledge, “Toms and The Terrifics” took home the grand prize, scoring an outstanding 92 of 100 possible points.
The Hometown Days committee would like to extend special thanks to: trivia host Ken Peterson, Larry and Julie Brown at the American Legion, and Dr. Martin Langhofer.
