Full-Service Interior Design and Staging Business Launched By New Prairie Graduate
Paladin Design House offers a full spectrum of design support for Home and Business Owners alike
Molly Hannon, New Carlisle native, has opened Paladin Design House in South Bend. Paladin plans to fill a gap in the market, offering a full menu of services that fit a variety of customers’ needs.
“I love designing, and I know how good it feels to have a well-designed space to wake up in, to work in, and I want to share that with my clients. I want to help them find their scope, whether it is a few paint and décor choices, or they are renovating or building new,” says owner Molly Hannon. “I truly believe that a well thought out space breeds productivity and happiness, and lets us focus on other aspects of life or work.”
The range of services that Paladin offers includes Home Staging for the real estate market, Interior Design including bath and kitchen design, Interior Decorating and Styling, Consultation, and Concierge.
The unique Concierge Service offers clients the option to have the small but necessary items for a home or business taken care of, like flatware, dishes, linens, small appliances, and other items that some may not want to hassle with. Molly hopes to make an impact on our local market, helping clients find their language through her adaptable design approach.
“I let the job and client help inform the style of the work, but having touched every part of a project you can tell it is by my hand. I love speaking different languages when it comes to design, and creating a close relationship with my clients allows the design to be fluid with their exact needs and desires.”
