Library Celebrates Birthday in Style

Over 450 party-goers attended the New Carlisle-Olive Township Public Library's Birthday Bash last Saturday, March 25. The Birthday Bash was part of the library's celebration of its 15-year anniversary at its current location on Bray Street.
