Now this is easy, only four ingredients and GOOD.
Juilann’s Creamed Chicken Bake
4 chicken breasts - skinless 4 slices Swiss cheese 1can cream of chicken soup l/3 cup cooking wine - white
Layer in an 8 inch baking pan, the chicken breasts, top with the Swiss cheese; mix cream of chicken soup with the cooking wine; spread over the chicken; Mix bread crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle on top of the soup mixture. Bake at 3500 for 45 - 50 minutes.
Serve with a bed of rice (perhaps cooked with chicken broth or chicken with rice soup).
Juilann’s Glazed Carrots
Slice carrots (l lb); place in pan and cook with ½ cup of water and 2 T. orange juice. When the carrots are tender, add 1 T. butter and 1 T. brown sugar.
