1 can Milnot
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Let’s give our graduates a special Diploma…

Graduation Diplomas
40 Fajita sized flour tortillas
4- 8 oz. pkgs of softened cream cheese
4- 8 oz. pkgs of sliced beef, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 bunches green onions, chopped small
Accent seasoning

Mix all ingredients, except tortillas, together to make a filling.   Or use your favorite Pinwheel filling recipe.   Make sure that all ingredients are chopped very fine.

With the Lenten season upon us, I wanted to share with you this crisp, golden fish recipe using the secret ingredient (honey), which gives the coating a deliciously different twist. Can be used with any choice of fillet of fish you choose, and it is so easy to prepare!

Honey-Fried Fish
2 large eggs
1-2 tsp honey (to your own liking)
